The Vietnamese representatives in the list include model Truong Thi May, the first runner-up of the 2010 Miss Vietnam Ethnic pageant, songwriter-singer Ha Okio, actor Dai Nghia, singer Ho Quynh Huong, MC Thanh Bach and singer Vo Ha Tram.

With this nomination, the Vietnamese artists are alongside the world's top stars such as Natalie Portman, Carrie Underwood and Anne Hathaway.
