Vietnam sent their first representative to compete in the Miss World pageant in 2002. Pham Thi Mai Phuong was named in the Top 20 in the grand finale of Miss World 2002 pageant. She is 1.69 meters tall and measures 84-59-86.

Nguyen Dinh Thuy Quan represented Vietnam in the Miss World 2003 pageant but wasn’t rewarded in the results of the beauty contest. She is 1.73 meters tall, measures 85-60-92.

Miss Vietnam Nguyen Thi Huyen competed in the Miss World 2004 pageant and was among the Top 15. She is 1.72 meters tall, measures 84-60-92.

Vu Huong Giang took part in the Miss World 2005 pageant but failed to win any titles. She is 1.69 meters tall, measures 88-60-90.

Mai Phuong Thuy was listed in the Top 17 of Miss World 2006. She is 1.85 meters tall and measures 88-61-91.

Dang Minh Thu is 1.69 meters tall and measures 85-63-90. Despite her best efforts, she finished Miss World 2007 empty handed.

Duong Truong Thien Ly won the “People’s Choice Award” at the Miss World 2008 pageant. She is 1.69 meters tall, and measures 88-64-94.

In Miss World 2009, Tran Thi Huong Giang was the first runner-up in the Model competition, among the top 12 finalists of Beach Beauty competition, and entered the Top 16 in the final. She is 1.80 meters tall, and measures 86-61-92.

The Vietnamese representative in Miss World 2010, Nguyen Ngoc Kieu Khanh, failed to win any titles in the beauty contest. She is 1.78 meters tall, weighs 53kg and measures 85-63-94.

Victoria Pham Thuy Vy finished Miss World 2011 unrewarded. She is 1.70 meters tall, and measures 86-61-89.

Vietnamese beauty Hoang My had an uneventful time in the Miss World 2012 pageant.

Lai Huong Thao went unrewarded in the Miss World 2013 pageant in Indonesia.
