Nguyet Minh, born in 2007 in the northern province of Bac Ninh, is a student at Que Vo 1 High School. She is most notable for possessing a strikingly-beautiful face and stands at a height of 1.65 metres tall.

The Vietnamese representative also won the best national costume sub-contest. Her 20-kg outfit designed by Viet Hung was inspired from the peacock dance and took two months to complete.

The first runner-up was No Farida of the host country Cambodia, while the second runner-up was Kashish Gosuami of India.

The others in Top 5 were Nadira Intan Tiffany of Indonesia and Franchesca Mikaela Bato of the Philippines.

Nguyet Minh was previoussly crowned Miss United Nations Pageants Vietnam at the Miss Teen International Vietnam 2021 pageant held in February 2022.

Miss Teen Grand International 2023 is a beauty contest for young girls around the world with a message of support for peace, standing against violence and war.

The pageant was held from June 13 to June 18 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, with the participation of contestants from 25 countries.
