VietNamNet Bridge – Saigonese man Nguyen Dinh Ban has world the second prize at a computer case decorating competition held by Bit-Tech, an international IT forum.




Ban’s work named “Rog Rampage”, with unique cooler stuck to the mainboard, won the first prize of July 2011, and the second prize of the year 2011 on Bit-Tech.

Ban is famous among Vietnamese case decorators, with the nickname “amber spider”. Ban’s case competed with 24 rivals throughout the world in Bit-Tech’s final round.

The jury said that Ban’s Rog Rampage is a special product, with strange functions. Rog Rampage is cooled down by water and mica pieces.

Ban posted on the Internet his project in mid-2011. The decorative process was updated on the Bit-Tech forum and was commented very often by members.

With 273 votes, 20 less than the first prize winner, Rog Rampage becomes the runner up in the case decorating contest 2011. The first prize was presented to L3p D3sk - Silent Workstation by Peter Brands, a Dutch and the third prize went to Tron Lightcycle by Brian Carter (USA).
