Khanh has just received an invitation to New York Fashion Week 2015 from manufacturer Veronica R. Welch.

His Autumn Winter Collection 2015 will be featured at a charity event organized by amfAR, taking place on the sidelines of the New York Fashion Week at 4pm on February 19.

"I was surprised to be invited to the New York Fashion Week 2015. This was my dream since I became a designer. At first, I was afraid to accept the invitation because I felt myself immature. But sometimes opportunity comes only once in life, so I'll try my best," Khanh said.

To prepare well for the show, Khanh closed his shop for several months. He explained that taking part at a show at the New York Fashion Week will be quite expensive so he has to rearrange everything, from clothes to models to accessories.

Khanh said he would bring the collection called “The Last Petal” to New York. This collection was inspired by the beauty of nature as well as the female body. The message that the designer wants to convey through this collection is that beauty always exists even in the most extreme conditions.

Khanh was born in 1988 in a wealthy family in HCM City. Known as a fashion designer for only three years, the young designer has created a certain imprint.

He designed evening gowns for the first runner-up of the Miss Vietnam Ethnic Truong Thi May at Miss Universe 2013. Many celebrities like pop star Ho Ngoc Ha, supermodel Thanh Hang, actress Truong Ngoc Anh and singer Hien Thuc use his costumes.
