This is his 8th collection posted on the homepage of the prestigious fashion week, after Blood & Tears, Feminism, Menswear, Revival, La Muse, Musée D'Art, and Wild.

The collection was worn by model Huong Ly, the winner of Vietnam's Next Top Model 2015. She also wore the previous seven collections of Tran Hung. Huong Ly is the Ambassador of the Empower Women Asia - a non-profit organization whose role is to help women, protect the environment and promote sustainable fashion.

The collection is inspired by the ocean - the cradle of life with hidden beauty. This collection consists of 11 designs made from special materials. Tran Hung used bioplastics to create costumes that can "glow" under UV light like night sea creatures, creating a shimmering, fanciful look.

Hung said he always wants to bring new things, combined with the message of environmental protection because fashion is the second most polluting industry in the world.

He also uses other traditional materials from silk such as taffeta and organza.

Tran Hung’s designs have been worn by many international celebrities such as Heart Evangelista, Vick Hope, Tallia Storm at red carpet events or magazine shoots. Most recently, at the Brit Awards 2022, Tran Hung's dress was selected one of the best dresses as his design was worn by AJ Odudu.

London Fashion Week was first organized by the British Fashion Council in 1983. Since then it has been held twice a year, in February and September.

The event serves to showcase collections of nearly 300 designers from across the globe. This year marks the eighth time that local designer Tran Hung has participated in the fashion week.

The event represents one of the 'Big Four' fashion weeks, along with those in New York, Milan and Paris.
