VietNamNet Bridge – While fishing in the northwestern sea of Song Tu Tay Island in Truong Sa (Spratly) Archipelago, fishermen from the central province of Quang Ngai rescued a foreigner.
This foreign man was brought to the Cam Ranh Port by a Vietnamese naval ship on the evening of February 27. He now stays at the guest house of the border guard force of Khanh Hoa Province.

The man is very healthy. He nodded his head when he saw the flag of Malaysia, but he did not answer the question of a representative of the Malaysian Embassy in Vietnam on the phone.

Khanh Hoa border guard force is trying to find a Malaysian tourist to talk with the victim in order to define who is he and to help him return home, said Colonel Nguyen Duc Phuc, vice chief of Khanh Hoa border guard force, on February 28.
