VietNamNet Bridge – Both iPad Air and mini iPad Retina have captivated the Vietnamese hi-tech fans’ community because of their fashionable designs.

The image of iPad Air introduced by Apple has made hundreds of iFans excited. On hi-tech forums such as Tinh Te or VOZ, young people praised the large but thin screen – 9.7 inch and 7.5 mm, which is 20 percent thinner than the previous iPad version, iPad 4 with 9.4 mm. Especially, the new product weighs 0.453 kilos, or 200 grams lighter than the previous generation iPad (0.635 kilos).

“I just can see iPad Air on the Internet only. But it obviously looks more fashionable than the clumsy, thick and heavy The new iPad and iPad 4,” a member of Tinh Te forum said.

Analysts have commented that Apple has made a breakthrough when making a 9.7 inch iPad with just 0.4 kilos. The improvement, which is “worth money” would not be weary both adults and children who use the machines continuously.

The newly introduced iPad Air is equipped with A7 chip and M7 processor which allow better power saving than the iPad of previous generation iPads, the performance faster by 8 times and graphics performance faster by 72 times. Especially, the battery life of up to 10 hours will certainly satisfy the people who like watching HD films and playing games.

Attracting iFans with the good design and the configuration much stronger than the previous-generation iPads, but Apple has disappointed the people who like taking pictures and filming with iPads. Apple has been described as “conservative” when maintaining the 5MP camera for iPad Air.

“If Apple had been “generous” enough by integrating an 8 MP camera into iPad Air, it would be a perfect product,” a member named Ngan wrote on VOZ.

Ngan, like many other young people made a funny comment that it was lucky enough that Apple did not think of launching “iPad 5C” like iPhone 5C with many different colors. iPhone 5C has not been welcomed in Vietnam. The price of the products has dropped dramatically since the day it first appeared in Vietnam.

Meanwhile, those, who expected iPad mini Retina have a bit disappointed with the new product because it does not have fingerprint security function.

Before the iPad mini Retina showed its face, hi-tech fans argued about if the new iPad mini has Retina screen and if it uses the fingerprint security technology.

And they have found the answer to their questions. The new iPad mini is equipped with A7 chip, the CPU faster by four times than the previous generation product, and the graphics performance higher by 8 times. It also has the battery with the long life of up to 10 hours and the 2048 x 1536 pixel Retina screen.

This is really good news for Vietnamese iFans who favor the 7.9 inch screen designed for iPad mini over the last year, because iPad mini Retina would allow them watch HD films and play games with better graphics performance.
