November rulebook: Foreign employers face new hiring, reporting duties
Many new policies will take effect from November 2026, notably rules on recruitment and management of Vietnamese working for foreign entities and individuals in Vietnam.
Nearly 28,000 workers receive severance benefits under Gov't decree
As of June 30, about 29.8 trillion VND had been disbursed, including 7.6 trillion VND for people working at central agencies and 22.2 trillion VND for those at local governments.
