VietNamNet Bridge – The authorities of Lam Dong province will auction and rent some state-owned villas in the city of Da Lat to raise funding for the construction of the central administration complex.

The mansions put on auction are individual, deteriorated villas of little value in terms of architecture and the isolated houses with large premise but not meeting the architectural standards to be ranked as villas.

In addition to the auction, Lam Dong province will also lease some villas that are located in nice places for business or clusters of adjacent villas of certain values in architecture and effective use for business purposes.

The Lam Dong Province Construction Department has divided 173 state-owned villas in Da Lat into three groups for being managed separately.
