Duy and Ho are well-loved by local and foreign classical music enthusiasts. They have won many prestigious national and international awards.

They, along with the orchestra under the baton of Japanese conductor Honna Tetsuji, will present famous classical music pieces, including Double Concerto by Johannes Brahms and Symphony No. 7 by Ludwig van Beethoven.

All proceeds from ticket sales of the concert tour will be donated to the Toyota Vietnam Foundation to fund scholarships for talented young musicians in schools across the country.

The Special Toyota Concert 2018 took place on July 13 at the Vietnam National Academy of Music in Hanoi as part of activities to mark the 45th anniversary of Vietnamese-Japanese diplomatic ties.

The programme was jointly organised by Toyota Motor Vietnam and the Vietnam National Symphony Orchestra (VNSO), aiming to enhance cultural and musical exchange between the two countries.

The recent concert, funded by the Toyota Vietnam Foundation, was also conducted by conductor Honna Tetsuji and featured performances by talented Japanese cello soloist Miyata Dai and other Vietnamese artists.-VNA
