VietNamNet Bridge – Vietnamese representative Kim Nguyen was crowned Mrs Asia International on June 11 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Kim Nguyen, a businesswoman, was also named Charity Queen thanks to her active participation in charitable activities.

Previously, in the semi-final night entitled Culture Night Party, she won the title "Most beautiful face".

The pageant is a platform for married ladies to showcase their beauty, talent and success. While beauty is the key element, contestants are urged to voice their opinions about marriage and contemporary current events.

All married women, young wives, mothers and grandmothers from Asian Countries are eligible to participate in the event.

This year some 30 contestants from Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Hong Kong, China, Sri Lanka, Vietnam and the Philippines took part.
