Vietnamese President Truong Tan Sang and his spouse will attend the 23rd APEC Economic Leaders' Meeting in Manila, the Philippines, from November 17 to 19.

Established in November 1989, the Asia-Pacific Economic Co-operation (APEC) forum now comprises 21 economies, representing about 39 per cent of the world's population, 57 per cent of the total global GDP and 47 per cent of international trade.
