This year’s queen, Catalina Marsano, 28, stands 1.7 meters tall and is a professional model and dancer. She captivated the judges with her sharp beauty, outstanding performance skills, and confident, fluent responses during the Q&A segment.

Vietnam’s representative, 19-year-old Nguyen Tuong San, performed exceptionally well throughout the competition, earning multiple awards, including third place in the Talent category, Best Skin, and Best Performance in the Semifinals.

The grand finale featured swimsuit, evening gown, and Q&A segments. The event opened with a vibrant group performance by reigning Miss International Queen 2023, Solange Dekker, alongside the 23 contestants. Dressed in bold designs featuring stylized national flags, the contestants lit up the stage.

Before the main competition, Tuong San was awarded the Best National Costume title. She impressed the audience with her elegant and culturally rich attire.

In the evening gown segment, each contestant dazzled in luxurious, intricately embellished dresses. Tuong San wore a design inspired by cherry blossoms, featuring a pink hue and crafted by designer Do Long. The outfit, made from lightweight silk with a high slit, accentuated her long legs.

After the first segment, the host announced additional awards. Vietnam secured another victory with the Beauty Photo award. Tuong San was the first contestant to make it into the top 12, thanks to her win in the Best Performance in the Semifinals category.

The other 11 finalists were announced: The United States, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Laos, Venezuela, Brazil, Japan, Peru, Colombia, the Philippines, and Thailand.

Next, the top 25 contestants competed in the swimsuit segment, where they confidently showcased their toned bodies in sizzling bikini designs.

At the end of the swimsuit segment, the top 6 finalists were revealed: Thailand, the United States, the Philippines, Vietnam, Colombia, and Peru.

The top 6 contestants then moved on to the Q&A round, where they answered questions on education, human rights, and equality for transgender people. The contestants confidently expressed their views, delivering clear, well-supported answers that demonstrated deep critical thinking.

Vietnam’s representative was asked: "What do you think about allowing transgender athletes to compete with female athletes? Is it fair?"

Facing this challenging question, Tuong San responded: "I believe that transgender individuals cannot choose their gender, but they always live true to themselves, and we should respect their decisions."

Following the Q&A round, the top 3 finalists - Thailand, Peru, and Vietnam - advanced to the final question to determine the winner.

Although the top 3 contestants were praised for their well-delivered answers, the Vietnamese representative showed a bit of nervousness and lack of confidence during her response.
