The victim was Mr. Nguyen Huu Hai, 43 years old, residing in Phong Dien district, the owner of Chuan Ngoc Gold Standard in Phong Dien market.

According to the victim, the robbery occurred at about 7pm on May 5. After a day of business, he collected all the gold in the shop, put in a bag and hung the bag on his motorbike then drove home.
