After more than four hours, the final night of Miss Grand Vietnam 2024 concluded with the crowning of Vo Le Que Anh as the winner. The event took place in Phan Thiet, Binh Thuan, and was temporarily halted for 30 minutes due to unexpected heavy rain. Many audience members and guests had to leave their seats. The MC announced a pause in the proceedings as the organizers and contestants waited for the weather to clear. After a 15-minute delay, the competition resumed.

The judging panel for the final included prominent figures such as Miss Vietnam Ha Kieu Anh (Chief Judge), People's Artist Vuong Duy Bien, Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien (Miss Grand International 2021), Doan Thien An (Miss Grand Vietnam 2022), supermodel Minh Tu, actor Quoc Truong, and designer Do Long.

The evening began with a group performance by the top 36 contestants in blue outfits, accompanied by the reigning Miss Grand Vietnam, Le Hoang Phuong, combining the name-calling segment. Some contestants creatively incorporated proverbs or songs into their introductions to showcase their hometown culture.

Contestants such as Nguyen Le Que Anh, Nguyen Thi Le Nam, and Vu Thi Thu Hien drew attention with their singing. Nguyen Vinh Ha Phuong won the Best Introduction award with her operatic performance, as selected by the judges.

The top 36 returned to the stage in brown two-piece swimsuits, showcasing their figures with dance moves, spins, and poses to captivate the audience.

The Best in Swimsuit award, determined by judges and audience votes, went to Tran Hong Ngoc and Nguyen Thi Huong Lan, making them the first two contestants in the top 20.

Nguyen Vinh Ha Phuong narrowly missed the top 15, having previously been in the top 10 of Miss Grand Vietnam 2023.

The top 15 advanced to the evening gown segment, featuring glamorous and dramatic designs. Lam Thi Bich Tuyen wore a dazzling orange gown with a fitted silhouette and elegant high bun. Pham Hoang Kim Dung, Tran Hong Ngoc, Vu Thi Thu Hien, and Bui Ly Thien Huong continued to receive audience support with their confident catwalks.

Bui Ly Thien Huong and Kim Tu Binh's exclusion from the top 10 surprised many, given their strong performances and media attention throughout the competition.

The top 5 finalists were Pham Thi Anh Vuong (Binh Thuan), Vo Le Que Anh (Quang Nam), Lam Thi Bich Tuyen (An Giang), Vu Thi Thu Hien (Hanoi), and Le Phan Hanh Nguyen (Dong Thap).

In the Q&A segment:

- Anh Vuong was asked by actor Quoc Truong about artificial intelligence. She replied: "Artificial intelligence is becoming increasingly popular and influences many aspects of life. While it may replace humans in some jobs, young people should focus on continuous learning and positive use of technology."

- Que Anh received a question from Miss Thien An about the role of women in today's society. She responded: "Vietnamese women have always been resilient and heroic, as seen in our history with figures like the Trung Sisters and Lady Trieu. Modern Vietnamese women contribute significantly to society, while maintaining traditional values. My dream is to represent the modern Vietnamese woman."

- Bich Tuyen was asked by People's Artist Vuong Duy Bien about the importance of honor and values, citing the late General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong. She expressed gratitude for his legacy, emphasizing the importance of moral integrity and spreading positivity.

Thu Hien was questioned by judge Ha Kieu Anh about sharing personal conflicts on social media. She stated: "Social media connects us but can also harm reputations. It should be a platform for positivity. Thanks to social media, I can stand here today at Miss Grand Vietnam."

Hanh Nguyen, the only contestant to answer in both Vietnamese and English, was asked about promoting the rule of law to maintain peace. She said: "The rule of law is crucial for peace. As a Vietnamese citizen, I'm proud that we uphold the law, and I believe peace will prevail if everyone respects the law."

The first runner-up was named Le Phan Hanh Nguyen, and the second runner-up was Vu Thi Thu Hien. The third and fourth runners-up were Lam Thi Bich Tuyen and Pham Thi Anh Vuong, respectively.

Vo Le Que Anh, born in 2001, hails from Quang Nam, stands at 1.72m tall, with measurements of 88-63-90cm, and is currently working as a freelance artist. Que Anh graduated in Korean Language and Culture from Hue University and has achieved many accomplishments such as participating in cultural exchanges with the Korean Institute of Traditional Culture and Hue City in 2023, holding a B2 - CEFR Korean language certificate, and an international tour guide certificate."
