The national information portal on business registration shows that Hoang, born in 2000, is the legal representative and CEO of FGF (For Green Future) Trade and Service JSC.

FGF is headquartered at Symphony Office Building on Chu Huy Man Road, Vinhomes Riverside in Phuc Loi ward in Long Bien district in Hanoi.

Hoang is the second son of Pham Nhat Vuong, president of Vingroup (VIC).

Prior to that, in early July, Vuong announced the establishment of FGF with charter capital of VND200 billion, of which Vuong holds 90 percent of shares. FGF specializes in trading VinFast EVs and leasing EVs for self-driving.

FGF was initially headquartered at No 1 Nguyen Van Linh street in Gia Thuy ward in Long Bien district in Hanoi, and its CEO was Nguyen Duc Minh.

Just two months later, Vuong’s son replaced Minh to work as CEO of the company, a part of the VinFast ecosystem. The move marked a milestone in his business activities.

In late 2023, Vuong’s eldest son – Pham Nhat Quan Anh – officially became a shareholder of Vingroup (VIC) after purchasing 150,000 ESOP (employee stock ownership plan) shares specifically reserved for key leaders of the group.

Anh doesn’t hold any high position at Vingroup, but he is deputy director of production at VinFast. Anh appeared at the ceremony where VinFast and Marubeni signed an MOU on cooperation to reuse EV batteries, striving for circular economy development held in late 2023.

Vuong remains the richest stock billionaire with total assets of $4.1 billion, according to Forbes.

Vingroup’s administration report shows that Vuong has three children – Pham Nhat Quan Anh, Pham Nhat Minh Hoang and Pham Nhat Minh Anh, and a daughter-in-law Bui Lan Anh.

FGF has stated that its mission is increasing opportunities to access EVs for all people, which aims at accelerating the green transition and contributing to the implementation of the government's net-zero commitment by 2050.

The goal of FGF is becoming a platform that helps develop the used EV market. Through FGF, users can have more chances to shift to EVs at competitive prices.

In addition to used car trade, FGF also leases EVs for self-driving (both brandnew and used cars).

In the first phase of operation, FGF plans to have 1,000-2,000 cars for lease, most only in the large markets of Hanoi, HCM City, Da Nang and Hue. After it becomes officially operational, the car fleet will increase in quantity and services will be provided nationwide.
