VietNamNet Bridge – The wagon carrying workers in a coal mine in Quang Ninh province suddenly derailed, claiming the lives of three miners of the Vang Danh Coal Company on Sunday, November 24.

The incident occurred on Sunday morning, at the Canh Ga coal mine in Uong Bi town, Quang Ninh province.

It is reported that the wagon carrying six workers to the coal mine was thrown out from the railway, killing two workers on the spot. The victims are senior mechanic-electric workers of Vang Danh Coal Company.

Four other people were injured and they were taken to the Uong Bi hospital. However, one died in the afternoon, due to severe injuries.

Currently the cause of the incident is under investigation by the local authorities.
