The winner will have the unique opportunity to have lunch with British Ambassador to Vietnam Gareth Ward. He or she will also receive a certificate and a gift package, according to the embassy.
Participants are required to record a 1-minute video answering in English the question: “If you could have lunch with any famous Welsh person in history or in our current time, who would that be? Be sure to explain why you choose this person and what you would talk about during this lunch.”
They will then post the video in public mode to their Facebook, Twitter or Instagram, mentioning the British Embassy in Vietnam’s account @UKinVietnam, with the hashtags #WalesVideoContest and #CheveningWales.
Deadline for submission is 11:55 p.m., March 15, 2020.
Video submissions will be judged by the British Embassy (50% of the score) and interactions on post (50% of the score). The winner with the best answer will be announced on March 18.
