According to details of the case, during routine checks of foreigners residing in the area, the District 7 police discovered a Korean man living at A1-19.11 apartment of Era Town Building without any personal papers. The man also did not register for temporary residence.

The man was later identified as Kim Kyung Sic who was born in 1973.

Following a further inspection, the police found the Korean suspect was being wanted by the Seoul Southern District Prosecutor's Office for embezzlement as of November 1, 2019.

The case is currently under further investigation.
