A whirlwind swept over Vinh Loc A commune in Binh Chanh district, HCM City at 5.30pm of May 3, damaging and blowing the roof of more than 60 houses.






The whirlwind came after a downpour. Local resident could not respond to emergency.
Strong wind swept away iron cast roofs. Some temporary houses collapsed. Luckily, nobody was injured.














































People began rebuilding their houses on May 4.
