VietNamNet Bridge – Ten female painters from Hanoi and Saigon will introduce their latest 100 paintings at the “Colors of Hanoi-Saigon” exhibition in HCM City.

 

These are their last artworks featuring various topics: still-life, landscape and feelings about the people and the lands where painters visited.

 

These works also vary in materials, with oil, lacquer, ceramic, etc painting.

 

This is an annual event for female artists from Hanoi and HCM City, alternatively hosted by the group of Hanoian and Saigonee artists.

 

This time, there are six artists from Hanoi (Bui Mai Hien, Le Thu, Nguyen Thi Lan Huong, Phan Thi Minh Chau, Nguyen Thi My, Ngo Hai Yen) and four from HCM City (Nguyen Thi Tam, Dang Thi Duong, Cao Thi Duoc and Tran Thuy Linh).

 

The exhibition will open at 10 am, March 4 at HCM City Book Exhibition Center, 92 Le Thanh Ton, District 1. It will close on March 13.

 

After the exhibition, artists will have a four-day painting tour to the Mekong Delta.
