IUCN, the International Union for Conservation of Nature, the science advisory organization to UNESCO, has confirmed that it has proposed not to grant the “world’s natural heritage” to the Vietnamese Cat Tien National Park.

It is highly possible that the Cat Tien National Park would not be recognized by UNESCO as the world’s natural heritage because of the problems in the wildlife protection that occurred recently.
