The fifth position went to a yellow dress worn by Ariella Arida, the third runner-up of Miss Universe 2013.

An evening gown worn by the third runner-up of Miss Universe 2014, Yasmin Verheijen, comes in sixth place.

The seventh-placed outfit is awarded to a dress worn by the second runner-up of Miss Universe 2011, Priscila Machado.

A yellow dress worn Monic Perez, a Top 16 finisher during the Miss Universe 2013 pageant, came in eighth place.

A beautiful evening gown worn by Colombian entrant Daniella Vasquez during Miss Universe 2012 finished in ninth.

The tenth position goes to a yellow dress worn by the contestant from Guam during Miss Universe 2018.
