The Domesco Dong Thap cyclist will participate in the international programme from August 6 to October 20 at the centre in Aigle, which has hosted more than 1,000 trainees since its establishment in 2002.

Thai is seen as a cyclist with potential, having won a silver medal at the 23rd Asian Junior Cycling Championships in January.

He has also won six titles in the National Junior Cycling Championships’ individual and team events last month.

WCC had earlier invited Southeast Asian Games and national champions Nguyen Thi That, Trinh Duc Tam and Huynh Thanh Tung of Viet Nam.
