Bùi Quang Huy, born in 1974 in Hà Nội, together with eight other colleagues at the company, were earlier charged with “smuggling” and “violations of accounting regulations, resulting in serious consequences” on May 14.

According to C03, the police department for corruption, economic crimes and smuggling, Huy’s last known location was at his residence at the Golden West Lake, an upscale apartment building in the Tây Hồ District of Hà Nội.
The police said they might issue an international wanted notice if necessary.
“Everyone has the right to arrest and escort the wanted individual to the nearest police station, People’s Procuracy or People’s Committee building,” the notice said, adding that after capturing the suspect, one must immediately notify the economic criminal police department at 47 Phạm Văn Đồng, Cầu Giấy District, Hà Nội.
