 The People’s Court of northern Thai Binh province sentenced Nguyen Van Tuc to 13 years in jail for “attempting to overthrow the people’s administration” under Clause 1, Article 79 of the 1999 Penal Code at the first-instance trial on April 10.

Over 10,000 delayed, cancelled flights in first quarter

 Vietnamese carriers including Vietnam Airlines, Vietjet Air, Jetstar Pacific and Vasco ran 74,165 flights in the first quarter this year, 64,161 of which were on schedule, according to the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam (CAAV).
