In her notes Dr Tran Thi Kim Cuc observed "idiopathic hypertension; hyperlipidemia; diabetes; and pregnancy".

Her family went with her to visit the doctor again and were informed that it had been an administrative error, plus the doctor hadn't checked the report.

A representative from the health centre sent an official apology to the family.
