Hoang Xuan Phong, director of the company said, technicians will regularly check electricity meters and transformers to ensure better transmission.

The company will also work with control centres to mitigate overloading on transmission lines and identify causes of incidents to prevent similar occurrences.

It is scheduled to continue raising public awareness of how to ensure the safety of high-voltage power transmission corridors by signing agreements with households and organisations living in areas where the lines run through.

The company will also provide further training for its staff on labour safety, as well as fire and disaster prevention to mitigate damages to the grid caused by natural disasters in the central and Central Highlands regions.
