US Universal Alloy Corporation Asia Pte.LTD - UAC will invest USD 170 million to build a plant producing some aircraft spare parts in the central city of Danang.

Sunshine Aircraft Spare Parts Project will be licensed at the Danang High-Tech Park

Danang City People's Committee announced on Wednesday that they will grant an investment licence to the US company to carry out the Sunshine Aircraft Spare Parts Project at the Danang High-Tech Park on March 1.

According to UAC, some 4,000 out of 5 million spare parts will be produced for export at the Danang plant. The company sets a target of USD25 million in annual export value by 2021, and then that will rise to USD 85 million by 2022 and over USD180 million after 2026.

The plant expects to employ over 1,200 experienced engineers and over 2,000 people for other jobs.
