Vietnamese top swimmer Nguyen Thi Anh Vien aims to win high prizes at the 10th Asian Swimming Championship 2016 in Tokyo, Japan on November 17-20.

Vien is regarded as the biggest hope of the Vietnamese team in the competition. 

It is predicted that Vien is likely to bag a medal in the 400m individual medley if she maintains her good performance like in the Olympic Rio 2016.  

Apart from Vien, other team members include Tran Duy Khoi, Le Nguyen Paul, and Lam Quang Nhat. 

Swimmer Hoang Quy Phuoc cannot attend the Asian Swimming Championship 2016 as he is busy with a training course in Hungary.
