Another notable achievement highlighted by officials was stronger oversight of power and enhanced anti-corruption safeguards in personnel management and key sectors, alongside efforts to improve the effectiveness of Vietnam's two-tier local government system.
Party committees and inspection bodies at all levels intensified regular monitoring of newly issued Party policies, major national projects and the operations of agencies and institutions following the implementation of the new local governance model.
