The Ministry of Public Security has issued arrest warrants for two individuals accused of anti-state activities under Article 117 of Vietnam’s Penal Code.

A Hanoi court has convicted journalist and writer Truong Huy San under Article 331 of the Penal Code, citing his social media posts as violating state and individual rights.

Dong Thap authorities have arrested Doan Minh Tuan for allegedly producing and sharing anti-state content on social media, violating Article 117 of Vietnam’s Penal Code.
