Chief Architect's journey inspiring young architects

Starting from a great passion and determination to overcome difficulties, after many years as the leader of Sao Mai Group, leading the group through big waves to mature and grow as strong as it is today, Mr. Le Thanh Thuan has boldly stepped forward - leading Astra to a new level of development. 

As the founder of Sao Mai Group who has led the corporation to a very special position today, few people know that Thuan is not only a successful and brave businessman but also an architect of nearly 40 years of experience. He is behind the journey of giving wings to the dreams of architecture students and young architects.

After handing over power at Sao Mai Group to the young generation, Thuan has become the Chief Architect of Astar, which has nearly 100 architects who have a burning desire to develop key project projects for the group. Under Thuan’s leadership, the passion of young architects is nurtured and invested in, and trained in scientific and rigorous methods, ready for the journey to escape the cocoon and reach far.

Astar is realizing the dreams of weaving brocade for projects not only for Sao Mai but for many other organizations. Astar provides an opportunity for students and young architects to demonstrate their talent. This is a new horizon that requires constant learning and devotion.
