Vietnam hailed as rising force in Asian athletics

Dalan Jumaan Al-Hamad, President of the Asian Athletics Association, has commended Vietnam for its strong pool of athletes and affirmed that the country has the capacity to compete for medals at both continental and global competitions in the future.
