The AVC Women’s Beach Volleyball Tour 2019 in Can Tho gathers 21 teams from 11 countries and territories

This year’s event gathers 21 teams from 11 countries and territories, namely Australia, China, Malaysia, Kazakhstan, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, Vanuatu, and host Vietnam.

They are divided into four groups, and the best two teams of each group will advance to quarter-finals.

The top four teams of the tournament will represent Asia at the Beach Volleyball World Championships in Germany later this year.

The AVC Women’s Beach Volleyball Tour 2019 is held at the beach volleyball area of the Can Tho sports complex in Ninh Kieu district. It will last through April 22.

This is the fourth time Can Tho has hosted this event so far.-VNA
