Effective December 23, 2025, Nguyen Thanh Nhung is no longer serving as Acting CEO of Sacombank. He will continue in his role as Deputy CEO at the bank.

Replacing Nhung as Acting CEO is Nguyen Duc Thuy, who on the same day resigned from his position as Chairman of the Board at Lộc Phát Vietnam Bank (LPBank).

Simultaneously, Sacombank appointed Nguyen Thi Kieu Anh as Deputy CEO, also effective December 23.

Like Thuy, Kieu Anh had also left LPBank earlier that day, where she held the position of Deputy CEO. She has now moved directly into the same role at Sacombank.

Notably, Kieu Anh had only taken on her position at LPBank on December 10. With her new appointment, she now joins Nguyen Duc Thuy on the executive board of Sacombank.

As for LPBank, earlier on December 23, the bank officially announced that Ho Nam Tien was elected as its new Chairman of the Board of Directors, replacing Nguyen Duc Thuy. Tien previously served as Standing Vice Chairman at LPBank.
