This is part of the National Target Program for socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas in the period of 2021 - 2030, phase 1, from 2021 through 2025.

Participating in the training session, trainees were guided to interact, exchange information, receive and process orders, answer questions and give feedback from consumers. They also learned how to manage modules for management agencies on the system, configure system parameters, permissions, permission groups...

Participants were introduced to the Cao Bang Online Market website, learned how to register to use the software, manage users, post introductory information about their products, post information about distribution facilities, suppliers, certificates, confirmations, etc.

After the training session, attendants can well use the platform to introduce their products on online stores to let the community and consumers know about the products, connect and stimulate demand.

The implementation of the "Online market for ethnic minority and mountainous areas in Cao Bang province" program and the e-commerce platform of the Vietnam Cooperative Alliance will help local businesses, cooperatives, cooperative groups, goods production facilities quickly and effectively bring their products to the online market.
