According to the commission, various accounts, fanpages and online groups have been using its name, images and insignia without authorization to publish content on social platforms.

These pages often repost information sourced from mainstream media outlets. In many cases, they copy updates related to the commission’s meetings and activities from its official website without permission from the agency responsible for managing the platform.

More concerningly, some accounts have been found to mix in unverified information and add misleading commentary, distorting content and negatively affecting the credibility, image and operations of the Party’s inspection sector.

The Central Inspection Commission emphasized that it currently operates only one official communication channel - its electronic information portal - which is used to provide updates and official information about its activities.

The agency reaffirmed that it does not create, manage or operate any accounts, pages or groups on social media platforms.
