February 22 to mark their Lantern Festival which falls on the 15th of
the first lunar month.

They welcome the first full moon night and pray for wealth and happiness in the new lunar year.
The people in colourful clothes parade along streets in Cho Lon area.
About 1,180 paraders departed from Hai Thuong Lan Ong Street,
then went through Chau Van Liem Lao Tu, Luong Nhu Hoc, Nguyen Trai and
Tran Xuan Hoa Streets.
Lion dance, stiltwalking, fan dance and other traditional arts were performed during the parade.
Children performed traditional dances.
Famous characters of Chinese opera theater appeared on the parade.
