According to the National Centre for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, from October 29, northern localities will see lower temperatures.


Temperatures in Hanoi and many other northern localities will fall to 20-22 degrees Celsius on October 30-31

The mountainous provinces of Lang Son, Cao Bang and Ha Giang will experience colder temperatures of below 15 degrees Celsius. Sapa in Lao Cai could see temperatures fall to as low as 12-13 degrees Celsius.

The entire northern part of the country is likely to experience lower temperatures on November 1, with average temperatures of 16-20 degree Celsius.

The National Centre for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting said that the north would experience colder temperatures from November.
