According to the results of the investigation, there is sufficient evidence to determine that Le Trung Khoa (born September 23, 1971, in Thanh Hoa; nationality: Vietnamese; ethnicity: Kinh; registered permanent residence: No. 01, Alley 81, Lang Street, Dong Da Ward, Hanoi) and Do Van Nga (born August 15, 1977, in Gia Lai; nationality: Vietnamese; ethnicity: Kinh; registered permanent residence: Tuy Phuoc Dong commune, Gia Lai province) were involved in the production, possession, dissemination, and promotion of materials intended to oppose the State of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

On November 17, 2025, the Investigation Security Agency of the Ministry of Public Security issued a decision to prosecute the accused and executed arrest warrants for Le Trung Khoa and Do Van Nga.

The two are charged under Article 117 of the Penal Code for “Making, storing, distributing or propagating information, documents, and items against the State of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.”

The Supreme People's Procuracy has approved the decisions to prosecute and temporarily detain both Le Trung Khoa and Do Van Nga.

The Ministry of Public Security's Investigation Security Agency is currently working closely with the Supreme People's Procuracy to further investigate the case and clarify the criminal acts of the accused in accordance with legal procedures.
