The project is co-founded and operated by IPTP Networks, a global telecommunications and infrastructure corporation with more than 29 years of experience in data centers. In 2018, the company was ranked among the world’s top 40 Internet service providers by ASRanking. Currently, IPTP Networks operates infrastructure in over 70 data centers across 66 cities in 37 countries, serving more than 5,000 global enterprise clients.
AIDC DeCenter spans 10,000 m², with a capacity of 1,000 racks and a minimum power supply of 10MW. The total investment is USD 200 million, with phase one accounting for USD 20 million and scheduled groundbreaking on March 29, 2026. The center is designed with multiple redundancy models (N+1, N+2, 2N), ensuring uptime of at least 99.982%. It has already obtained international certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, ISO 22301, PCI DSS, and GDPR compliance.
Speaking at the event, Vladimir Kangin, CEO of IPTP Networks, stated: “AIDC DeCenter is not just a data center, but the first international digital infrastructure ecosystem laid in Vietnam. We bring 29 years of global experience to build a safe, high-performance, and sustainable infrastructure, capable of handling the most demanding computing challenges of the AI and blockchain era. I believe that from Da Nang, AIDC DeCenter will become Southeast Asia’s new technology gateway, helping Vietnam seize opportunities and rise strongly in the global digital infrastructure race.”

Tran Chi Cuong, Vice Chairman of Da Nang People’s Committee, emphasized that the AIDC DeCenter is a key project in the city’s high-tech industry development strategy. Attracting this project to Da Nang Hi-Tech Park demonstrates the city’s strong growth as a high-tech hub in the Central Highlands region. According to him, the project will boost IT infrastructure, support stable operations of cloud computing, AI, and IoT systems, and provide a foundation for agencies and businesses to deploy digital solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency.
Furthermore, it will increase budget revenues, foster auxiliary services, and strengthen Da Nang’s global technology profile, contributing to sustainable economic growth and modernization. Located in Vietnam’s first multifunctional national-level hi-tech park, AIDC DeCenter enjoys strategic advantages as Da Nang is a major landing point for multiple international undersea cable routes and sits on the North-South backbone network, enabling low-latency, multi-operator connections.

The center follows a carrier-neutral model, allowing clients to optimize costs, foster healthy competition, reduce risks of dependency on a single provider, and ensure diverse connectivity. According to Mordor Intelligence and GII Research, Vietnam’s data center market is projected to grow from 524.7 MW in 2025 to 950.4 MW by 2030.
Tran Van Bach, co-founder of DeCenter Foundation & AIDC DeCenter, shared: “This is the first flagship project in our series of initiatives, but it is also the cornerstone of a long-term vision to position Vietnam as a data and AI hub for the region. We are shaping a new generation of transparent, decentralized, globally connected infrastructure where data, digital assets, and real-world assets converge, safeguarded and fairly validated. With AIDC DeCenter, we are not just building a facility, but setting a new standard for AI and blockchain infrastructure in the next decade.”
