Rescue teams in central Vietnam raced to save victims and determine casualties on September 13, after a dam burst in Quang Nam Province unleashing a devastating surge of thick, red toxic mud.
Reports of the death toll and injuries from the disaster vary greatly with reports of two deaths, as many as 18 injuries, along with numerous reports of missing and incredible property damage.
