National Assembly deputies will hold a hearing on issues of voter concern in early June 2023.

The hearing, due to take place on June 6 and last for two and a half days, will see ministers in charge of labour and social affairs, science and technology, transport, and ethnic affairs take the floor to answer the questions.

The labour minister will make clear solutions for developing high quality human resources, restructuring vocational training schools, and redressing shortcomings in social insurance.

The ethnic affairs minister will talk about the implementation of the national target programme on building new rural areas for 2021-2025, poverty reduction and socio-economic development programmes in ethnic people inhabited areas.

Meanwhile, the questions for the sci-tech minister will be focused on the national sci-tech development strategy, and solutions for application of sci-tech advances for socio-economic development, especially in agriculture.

He will also answer questions relating to the management and use of budget for scientific research, and mechanisms and policies to encourage private investment in science and technology research and application.

The transport minister will be grilled over solutions for completing traffic infrastructure, limiting accidents and reducing congestion in big cities, along with removing difficulties and improving the quality of the inspection of road and inland waterway vehicles.

Deputy Ministers Tran Luu Quang and Tran Hong Ha, and other ministers in charge of finance, investment, agriculture, construction culture, tourism, information, natural resources and banking services will also take floor to make clear issues of voter concern.
