Deputy Prime Minister Trinh Dinh Dung has departed on an official visit to Russia.

During his visit, the Deputy PM will hold discussions on September 20 with his Russian counterpart Igor Ivanovich Shuvalov and other Senior Ministers of the Russian government on further improving and expanding relations between the two countries.

Deputy PM Dung is also scheduled to meet with Overseas Vietnamese and Russian business leaders and potential investors with a view of further expanding economic opportunities for Vietnam in Russia.
