Among those expelled were 45 nationals from Bangladesh, one from South Korea, and one from Taiwan (China). Inspections revealed that most cases involved overstaying temporary residence permits by failing to extend visas or residence cards as required.
In addition, some individuals were found to have used visas for purposes inconsistent with their declared entry, such as entering under tourist or business categories but engaging in unauthorized employment. Others failed to declare their temporary residence while staying in rental properties or residential areas.

Dong Nai police have warned organizations, individuals, and businesses in the province to strictly comply with legal regulations concerning foreign nationals. Employers are only permitted to hire foreign workers who possess valid work permits and proper residency documentation.
Any acts of harboring, employing, or facilitating illegal residence or labor by foreign nationals will be dealt with strictly. Depending on the severity, violators may face administrative penalties, suspension of business licenses, or even criminal prosecution.
Authorities also advised foreign nationals living and working in Vietnam to comply fully with regulations on entry, exit, transit, and residence. Violations will be handled in accordance with the law.
