Police in Hanoi have busted a drug ring from Laos to the northern border province of Dien Bien and the capital city. ​

Police of Hanoi’s Long Bien district said on July 31 that they have detained three people for illegal drug transportation and trading.

Public Security Ministry’s drug crime investigation police (called C47) said they have arrested Bui Van Bien, 30, a suspect on the run, on charges of drug trafficking.
