Many university graduates seem to feel that a high paying executive job upon graduation is an entitlement and not something to be earned.

 As many as 65,000 vacancies and 30,000 seasonal jobs are forecast in Ho Chi Minh City in the fourth quarter of this year, according to the municipal Centre for Forecasting Manpower Needs and Labour Market Information (FALMI).
