Peruvian Ivan Miranda will coach the Vietnamese national tennis team ahead of the Southeast Asian (SEA) Games to be held in the Philippines later this year.

Miranda was once ranked 104 in the ATP rankings.
According to the Viet Nam Tennis Federation, Miranda will train six male players including Ly Hoang Nam, Trinh Linh Giang, Nguyen Van Phuong (Hai Dang Tay Ninh), Le Quoc Khanh, Pham Minh Tuan (Hung Thinh – HCM City) and Nguyen Dac Tien (Hanoi) in the training course in the southern province of Tay Ninh from September 15 to December 15.
Production company Hai Dang Tay Ninh will pay his salary.

Duo Nam and Khanh are tipped to do well at the Games.
Meanwhile, coach Truong Quang Vu will train the female team including Fodor Csilla, Phan Thi Thanh Binh (Da Nang), Tran Thuy Thanh Truc, Dao Minh Trang, Nguyen Phan Yen Tich (Hung Thinh – HCM City), and Savannay Ly Nguyen (the Military).
